Tubes are also available with PVC coating of desired thickness. Other sizes of specific O. D., wall thickness and length can be produced as per the Customer’s specific requirements.

A tube manufactured to special requirements as to dimensional tolerances, finish and tempers for use in condensers and heat exchangers. These copper Heat Exchanger tubes are generally supplied in straight length in even annealed half hard temper. The copper tubes produced by Tube Tech not only have the tightest tolerances but also have the most consistent dimensions throughout the tube length. The tube surface is clean both inside and outside with no corrosive stains. The copper tubes produced by Tube Tech are compatible to transfer heat in a wide variety of operating conditions and to resist corrosion for the longest period of time possible under the harshest operating conditions.

Tube Tech produces specially cleaned and degreased copper tube suitable for use in medical and industrial gas applications. These tubes are produced in accordance with ASTM B 819 and are rigorously tested to make sure they are suitable for the exacting requirements of critical medical and gas application industry. These copper tubes generally supplied in as drawn temper and are fitted with plastic caps after cleaning to maintain the allowable residue limit of 0.0035 g/sq. ft of interior tube surface area. Special care and handling is given to these tubes to prevent contamination of the system.

PVC Coated Copper Tubes
	Tube Tech manufactures high quality PVC coated copper tubes & copper coils designed for protection against aggressive environment and colour coded to aid identification. Copper tube with a PVC sheath may be an effective method of protection against attack in harsh operating conditions. The PVC is tightly extruded onto the tube and is available in black, white, blue, yellow and green colours according to customer requirements. Material used to coat copper tubes is polyvinylchloride (PVC) of the following characteristics : Density: 1400 - 1500 kg/m³ Elongation: 207 % Breaking strength: 14 N/mm 2
PVC Coated Copper Tubes are generally used for water, heating, gas, air, fluid and other installations. Major advantages of PVC-coated copper tubes are: major reduction of heat loss, prevention of burns in users, PVC coating protects copper tubes from aggressive environments and prolongs its service life. Plastic insulation layer is elastic and enables bending and all other working operations during installation. Tube Tech offers its Customers PVC coated hard and half-hard copper tubes in straight lengths. Soft annealed PVC-coated copper tubes are delivered in coils of 50 Feet lengths. PVC coated Copper tubes & coils are available in 6 mm to 15 mm diameter range. PVC Thickness is as per the specific requirements of the customers and generally available in 0.5 mm & 1.0 mm thickness. Copper tubes are manufactured in accordance with ASTM B 68 / 75 UNS 12200 and PVC coating is done as per ASTM D 1047. This PVC sheathed tube is then ensured leak proof through pressure drop test.
Copper Square Tubes
	Tube Tech manufactures copper tubes in square shape to meet the increasing demand of these tubes for general engineering purposes. Our facilities are capable of producing special tube shapes such as: elliptical, D shaped, rectangular, hexagonal etc. Mechanical properties and chemical composition are in accordance with ASTM or other common standards, as well as special customers requirements. These tubes are available in a variety of outer diameter and wall thickness combinations ranging from 6 mm to 40 mm with wall thickness 0.7 mm and above.
Brass Square Tubes
Tube Tech manufactures copper tubes in square shape to meet the increasing demand of these tubes for general engineering purposes. Our facilities are capable of producing special tube shapes such as: elliptical, D shaped, rectangular, hexagonal etc. Mechanical properties and chemical composition are in accordance with ASTM or other common standards, as well as special customers requirements. These tubes are available in a variety of outer diameter and wall thickness combinations ranging from 6 mm to 40 mm with wall thickness 0.7 mm and above. Copper Earthing Rods
	Tube Tech produces Solid copper earth rods which are made in two types: Externally threaded and internally threaded. Solid Copper earth rods are used where the factor of corrosion is very high and exceptionally long life is required. Hence these rods are manufactured from pure and high conductivity hard drawn copper as per BS 2874-C 101. These earthing rods are accurately designed to ensure their flawless performance rate and durable life. We offer the range of earthing rods at most economical prices and competitive delivery timings to our clients. These rods are also available with tin plating in order to reduce the risk of oxidation and increasing shelf life.
